Job Description

 

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, functions and buffet service while maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety and cleanliness standards. Working closely with the wider kitchen team, you will help with food preparation, stock rotation, mise en place and daily kitchen operations, ensuring guests receive a consistent and enjoyable dining experience. The role also includes assisting with Kitchen Porter duties as required to support the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Training and development opportunities are available for candidates looking to grow their culinary career.
