Laundry Attendant

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Laundry Attendant to join our team!

The Laundry Attendant role:

As a Laundry Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation expected at Four Seasons. You will be responsible for the collection, cleaning, and organised storage of hotel linen. The role includes supporting the Room Attendant team by removing linen from guest floors and processing it efficiently. You will also assist with the cleaning and pressing of guest clothing in line with our standards.

What you will do:

• Collect, sort, and process hotel linen in line with Four Seasons standards
• Support Room Attendants by removing used linen from guest floors
• Clean, press, and finish guest items with exceptional attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laundry and linen storage areas
• Work closely with the Laundry Valet team to ensure an efficient daily operation

The ideal Laundry Attendant will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication skills with good written and spoken English
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a high paced environment
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high quality service
