As a Lead Software Engineer, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Sales Technology team reporting to the Director of Solutions Architecture, you will support projects including Solicitation Management, Group Rooming List, Group Meeting and Events.

What your day-to-day will be like:

• As a Lead Software Engineer at Hilton, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting software for Hilton Sales and Revenue applications
• Accept and demonstrate the core principles of development practices and ensure these principles are followed throughout the team

How you will collaborate with others:

• You will collaborate with Architects, other Developers, Product Leads, and vendors to implement and evolve solutions that enable Hilton to maintain its position as a leader in Hospitality.
• You will communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What deliverables you will take ownership of:

• Develop, maintain, and support Sales & Revenue Applications.
• Lead software developers and QA testers to deliver industry-leading solutions with outstanding quality and performance.
• Follow the defined Agile methodology delivering industry-leading solutions with outstanding quality and performance.
