WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As the Learning and Development Manager for Hilton’s flagship hotel in Australasia, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and facilitation of the hotel’s training function. You will be present within departments to ensure thorough onboarding and skills training for new and existing team members, trainings gaps are identified and resolved, and talent is being developed. You will ensure Hilton brand trainings are effectively delivered and compliance standards met. As a leader in the hotel, you will work closely with heads of department and senior leaders to deliver highly impactful and engaging trainings ensuring Hilton Sydney remains a Great Place to Work.
