The Learning and Development Manager coordinates and manages the implementation of hotel trainings in line with brand and hotel policies and procedures. This role develops and maintains training resources, implement systems that promote growth and development, ensuring that all promises to stake holders are delivered. He / she assists the Director of Human Resources in creating an effective and efficient operation for the Training department.

What will I be doing? 

As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Update the training notice board with all information on the situation in and out of the hotel as well as training information.

• Assist in the implementation of recognition programs.

• Organize a coordinate approved cross trainings.

• Carry out talent programs according to brand standards.
