Job Description

 

Join our dynamic and highly skilled team of Lobby Ambassadors & Dog Handlers at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with dogs and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Our lobby ambassadors are the backbone of our Golden Friends of the Fairmont Program, responsible for providing excellent care to our four-legged partners, as well as supporting them in various operational and Guest service activities.

Reporting to the Manager of Resort Experience, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain and handle one or multiple lobby dogs in various guest service welcoming interactions and activities
  • Maintain accurate daily reports of the lobby dogs ‘ behaviors, interactions, and health status
  • Anticipate guests needs, creating memorable experiences
  • Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
  • Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
  • Follow all policies, procedures and service standards
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Ensure Five Diamond representation of resort
  • Assist guests with directional in an informative and helpful way
  • Other duties as assigned
