• Perform daily Loss Prevention duties to ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, and hotel property.
• Patrol hotel premises regularly to prevent theft, damage, or safety hazards.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities or irregularities promptly.
• Control parking areas and support traffic flow to ensure safety and order when required.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest assistance requests in a calm and professional manner.
• Assist in investigations and prepare accurate incident and daily security reports.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to support safety and security operations.
• Ensure compliance with Accor safety standards, hotel policies, and local regulations.

• Previous experience in security or loss prevention, preferably in a hotel or service environment.
• Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Service-minded with a calm and professional approach.
• Fluent in Thai (required) and basic English communication skills.
