About the role
We are looking for a passionate Komo Restaurant & Lobby Lounge Manager who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment.  This position reports to our Director & Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.

 

What you will do

Plan, organize, control and direct the work of all employees in the Resort’s Komo Restaurant & Lobby Lounge in addition to all aspects pertaining to the resort’s beverage program.

 

What you bring

•     College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.

•     Two years previous experience in a department manager role in Food & Beverage.

•   Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures.

•   Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting. •   Ability to run a meticulously run bar program and highly profitable beverage program. To actively manage beverage inventory levels, procurement and par levels.

•   To deliver world class service by actively leading the team delivering guest experience and always being on site for the “golden time”.

•   Ability to recruit, train, lead and mentor a highly motivated team of professional employees.

•   Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.

•   Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

•   Must be able to obtain any required food handling and/or alcohol serving certifications required by local or state agencies. ServeSafe and Maui County Liquor card.
