Salary: £12.27 an hour (Part Time – 20 Hours a week)

Flexible shifts 5 day a week (4 hours a day)

What will I be doing?

As a Maintenance Assistant/Administrator, you are responsible for carrying out appropriate maintenance administrator duties promptly and to the highest standards to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

• Implement maintenance administration duties
• Weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual checks, training will be provided
• Respond to all enquiries promptly
• Dealing with invoices and Tasks ordering
• Follow planned preventative maintenance programmes
• Ensure good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors
• Ensure energy conservation initiatives are implemented
• Follow C.O.S.H.H regulations, in particular the storage of hazardous substances
• Attend additional training suitable to the role
