Manager on Duty Trainee

What you’ll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and delivering exceptional service throughout their stay.
• Support the daily operations of the Front Office and act as a key contact for guests, associates, and other departments.
• Assist in handling guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
• Monitor service standards and contribute to maintaining Marriott brand standards throughout the hotel.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction initiatives, departmental projects, and internal communication efforts aimed at enhancing the overall guest and associate experience.

• You are currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Hospitality
• You have strong organizational skills and can perform well under pressure.
• You are ambitious, flexible, and bring a positive attitude to your work every day.
• You speak fluent English and/or Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
• You hold a valid work permit or documentation that allows you to work in the Netherlands.
