We are looking for our next Manager, Sales Technology and Luxury & Lifestyle Distribution who will be responsible for driving Accor’s Luxury & Lifestyle B2B distribution strategy and execution , ensuring optimal rate management, channel alignment, and partner connectivity globally. In addition to leading commercial distribution operations, the role will govern the Salesforce CRM ecosystem for Luxury & Lifestyle Global Sales and oversee strategic deployment of Cvent for meetings and events-related B2B channels.
This position blends strong hospitality distribution expertise with commercial technology acumen, ensuring global processes are efficient, accurate, and delivering measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities:
B2B Distribution Operations – 60%
•Execute Strategic Rate Management : Lead comprehensive rate loading processes for luxury travel partners, corporate accounts, and strategic B2B clients, ensuring precision, competitive positioning, and timely activation across all distribution channels
•Drive Pricing Excellence : Conduct systematic rate audits and pricing analysis to maintain consistency, ensure compliance with global standards, and optimize competitive market positioning
