About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Corporate Office in London, within the Digital Marketing Department, the Digital Marketing Intern will support the team in the execution and monitoring of performance marketing campaigns for the Group’s European hotels, helping to drive both room and ancillary revenue via the brand website and auxiliary platforms.

The Regional Performance Marketing Intern reports to the Regional Performance Marketing Director – Europe, The Americas & Morocco.

As Regional Performance Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist in the activation of European hotel performance marketing initiatives to drive traffic and revenue through MandarinOriental.com.
• Support with campaign reporting and data analysis, helping track KPIs and budget pacing.
• Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends, customer behaviours and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on campaign execution and deliverables.
• Help prepare marketing presentations, reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Provide general support to the Regional Digital Marketing team on ad hoc projects.
