The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to strengthen the resort’s brand positioning, increase awareness, drive revenue, and support occupancy and guest engagement objectives.
The role will oversee digital marketing, social media, campaigns, partnerships, content, public relations, and promotional activities while ensuring all marketing initiatives are aligned with the resort’s luxury positioning and commercial objectives.
• Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and action plan in line with business objectives.
• Identify market trends, customer insights, and opportunities to increase brand awareness and revenue.
• Manage the marketing calendar, campaigns, promotions, and activations.
• Monitor competitors and provide recommendations to maintain a strong market position.
• Lead the resort’s digital marketing strategy across social media, search, email, website, and other relevant channels.
• Develop engaging content that showcases the resort’s accommodation, dining, wellness, leisure, and events offerings.
• Manage social media calendars, campaigns, influencers, and community engagement.
• Monitor digital performance and optimize campaigns based on analytics and ROI.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards across all marketing channels and guest touchpoints.
• Develop marketing materials, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Coordinate public relations activities, media relations, press releases, and media visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant media, influencers, tourism organizations, and strategic partners.
