Marketing & Public relation manager

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Develop and implement the annual Marketing & PR strategy.
• Manage social media, digital marketing, website content, and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and local stakeholders.
• Support commercial, F&B, and operational teams with marketing initiatives.
• Ensure all communications and promotional materials comply with Hilton brand standards.
• Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Lead and develop the Marketing & PR team while managing budgets and projects effectively.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Marketing & PR, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience managing digital marketing, social media, campaigns, and media relations.
• Strong commercial awareness, creativity, project management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Language Requirements

• Professional proficiency in both English and French is mandatory.
• Arabic language skills are highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
