Spa Therapist

About the role:

The Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui is looking for a Spa Therapist who shares a passion for excellence, conveys a positive attitude and epitomizes honesty and integrity.

The Spa Therapist will perform body treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols.  The Spa Therapist also complies with Four Seasons core and culture standards. This position ensures all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.

The position reports to the Director of Spa and Assistant Spa Manager.

What you will do:

• Greet guest and answer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about spa services and products, able to upsell treatments and retail products accordingly.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers to ensure the smooth operation at all time and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform spa treatments and ensure the guest preferences are met as well as guest’s satisfaction
• Ensure Four Seasons Benchmark Standard are always followed
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in Spa
• Other duties and projects as assigned

What you bring:

• Must have existing work authorization to work in the country of Thailand
• Proficient in English communication
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request
• Relevant experiences

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full-time position
• The working hours will primarily be early morning, days, during weekdays and weekends.
