What Will I Be Doing?

Artisanal Baking & Product Excellence

• Produce a wide range of high-quality baked goods including artisan breads, viennoiseries, pastries, desserts, and specialty items.
• Develop and refine recipes that align with Hilton brand standards and the property’s culinary identity.
• Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, portioning, and visual presentation across all bakery products.
• Innovate seasonal offerings, signature items, and bakery concepts in collaboration with the culinary leadership team.
