Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, and other machinery
– Conduct welding and fabrication work, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
– Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical equipment and systems
– Install and commission new mechanical equipment and systems
– Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless operation of resort facilities
– Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
– Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment maintained
2+ years of experience as a mechanical technician with welding and motor repair expertise
– Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, buggy and other machinery
– Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
– Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift heavy equipment
