Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (NASA) heeft 314 kamers, 17 meetingzalen met verschillende capaciteiten, The B House (een grote event locatie), een gezellig restaurant met een open keuken, een private dining met een geanimeerde diner ervaring en vooral een heel tof team!

Als Meeting & Events Coördinator binnen NASA (Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport) zit je niet alleen maar op kantoor. In ons hotel zorg je dat je zichtbaar bent. Alhoewel jij op administratief gebied een kei bent, betekent dit niet dat jouw werk ophoudt wanneer je achter je computer vandaan komt. Juist in het contact met de gast, zakelijke relatie of niet, weet jij zeker dat wij het “Welcome” tot in de puntjes hebben geregeld. Omdat jij gek bent op van alles wat maar plaats kan vinden in onze boardrooms, conferentieruimtes of in onze nieuwe venue, The B House, ben jij ook daar waar de actie is! Jouw verkochte partij, is ook écht jouw verkochte partij. Je begeleidt de grotere groepen in het volledige voortraject waarna je het stokje overdraagt aan Banqueting Operations. Daarna ben je weer betrokken bij de aftersales en follow up.
