We are seeking a talented and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic bar team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Mixologist, you will be the creative force behind our beverage program, crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, upscale hospitality environment. This role offers the perfect opportunity to showcase your expertise, innovation, and dedication to the art of mixology while working with a collaborative and supportive team.

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision, consistency, and creativity, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
• Develop and innovate new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink programs that reflect current trends while maintaining the establishment’s signature style
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, understanding their preferences, and making personalized beverage recommendations
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and other beverages, including their origins, flavor profiles, and optimal serving methods
• Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and communicate ordering needs to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste
• Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions with precision, maintaining transparency in all financial interactions
