MO Bar Manager

As a MO Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• To oversee the smooth running of the MO Bar
• Provide leadership and support for all MO Bar colleagues
• Train, evaluate and schedule all MO Bar colleagues in accordance with the standards of the company policies and guidelines
• Develop and implement system for checking maintenance of tabletop supplies through staff side work duties
• Plan menus, prices and promotional events for the Bar in order to maximize revenue generating opportunities
• To oversee cashiering procedures and ensure correct billing
• To build beverage menu with all necessary cost control considerations
• Ensure accuracy of all menus: current, correct, spelled correctly, clean and presentable
• Ensure menu descriptions are up to date and distributed appropriately

As a MO Bar Manager, we expect from you: 

• Degree or Higher National Diploma (or equivalent) in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Food & Beverage Management is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of management in bar operation within an internationally recognized 5-star luxury hotel or premium standalone bar
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Strong knowledge of bar operations and service standard
