Night Auditor
Kom jij ‘s nachts helemaal tot leven? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou!
Voor ons receptie team zijn wij op zoek naar een positieve, pro-actieve, en enthousiaste nacht receptionist.
Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat onze gasten zich vanaf hun aankomst tot vertrek helemaal thuis voelen.
Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?
Jij start jouw shift om 22:45 uur, samen met je mede nacht receptionist (je staat altijd met z’n tweeën in de nacht). Je ontvangt alle nodige informatie van je collega’s, wat is er allemaal gedurende de dag gebeurd? Welke gasten hebben we in huis en waar moeten we allemaal op letten de komende nacht? Nadat je alle collega’s een fijne nacht hebt gewenst start je met de voorbereidingen van de ‘Night Audit’, je handelt alle administratieve handelingen voor de dag af. Na 02:00 uur start je de Night Audit en heb je even tijd voor een korte pauze. Vervolgens loop je een veiligheidsronde door het hotel. Eenmaal terug is de Night Audit klaar en start je de nieuwe dag weer op, controleer je de rapporten en teken je alles digitaal af. Verder ben je tijdens de nacht het aanspreekpunt voor alle gasten, help je met eventuele vragen en speel je een belangrijke rol in het informeren van de gasten over het ALL (Accor Live Limitless) loyaliteitsprogramma. Jij hebt de skills om elk probleem in een positieve ervaring te veranderen. Tussendoor werk je nog wat mail weg en bereid je de dagdienst voor. Om 07:00 uur heb je jouw shift weer overgedragen aan de vroege shift en zit jouw dag(nacht) er al weer op.
Daarnaast fungeer je, samen met je collega als Manager on Duty en zijn jullie het aanspreekpunt als BHV’er. Met jouw
