Night Concierge, Rooms Division

We’re looking for a Night Concierge to join our vibrant and dynamic Rooms Division team.

As a Night Concierge at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

  • Natural passion towards customer service
  • Being able to assist with Guest Requests
  • Reconciling the on-site parking with the carpark log sheet.
  • Checking arrival and departure reports to anticipate guests needs.
  • Greeting our guests, residents and visitors on both arrival and departure courteously and professionally
  • Enthusiastically delivering outstanding customer service

 

As a Night Concierge, you will be working on a rotating  night shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
