Four Seasons Private Residences at Twenty Grosvenor Square is looking to recruit a Residence Night Duty Engineer who is passionate about implementation and maintenance of the physical functionality and safety of the Residences with flexible approach and agility. Provide service and repairs to Building equipment’s including electrical, plumbing, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Season’s policies.

Responsibilities
Ability to carry out high quality repairs in an efficient and safe manner. Working in both Residences (as required) and Landlords areas carrying out repairs to equipment, fixture and fittings and plant as deemed necessary, depending on skill level.
To ensure Health and Safety, Emergency Procedures and Safe Working Practices are enforced and follow current legislations.
