As Night Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and safe overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring both guest satisfaction and operational security.

You will:

• Oversee night audits, end-of-day reporting, and financial reconciliation
• Act as the primary point of contact for all guest issues and emergencies overnight
• Ensure guest check-ins/outs are completed efficiently and professionally
• Monitor the building’s security and perform regular night walks and health & safety checks
• Assist with cleaning, stock control, and light F&B duties where required
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reception to ensure next-day readiness
• Support and guide any night staff on duty, ensuring policies and standards are followed
• Respond to fire alarms or incidents in line with the hotel’s emergency procedures
