The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

Night Manager / Night Supervisor – Front Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for monitoring the security of the entire house during the night
• Guarantee of a highly professional guest service at night
• Responsibility for a smooth operation at night
• Running of End-of-Day reports and closing of the day
• Responsibility for arrival and departure
• Processing requests, requests, calls and complaints
• Preparation of various reports

Your Qualifications:

• you have already gained experience in a similar position in the upscale hotel industry and are very familiar with Opera
• you impress with your charm, communication skills, knowledge of people and leadership skills
• very good knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite, additional foreign languages are an advantage
