Job Mission : You will be responsible for carrying out all Night Audit processes,ensuringcustomersatisfactionand loyalty, following Meliá’s guidelines and standardsofcustomerserviceandserviceexcellence. You will attend to, record, and meet the needs of guests at all times, anticipating and always striving to exceed their expectations, resolving any issues that may arise, and guaranteeing a pleasant stay.
What will your main responsibilities be?
1. Be fully aware of the operational procedures and service standards corresponding to your department.
2. Successfully carry out the night audit processes under the supervision of the Head of Reception.
3. Inform the guest about the services provided by the Hotel and attend to any requests from them.
4. Make room changes at the guest’s request or due to the Hotel’s needs.
5. Successfully carry out the customer check-in and check-out processes and perform the billing of services, complying with the corresponding service standards .
6. Carrying out up-selling according to the program established by the company.
7. Try to build customer loyalty through the tools that the company provides.
What are we looking for?
1. Minimum of 1 year experience as a Receptionist.
2. Degree in Tourism or training in Hospitality.
3. High level of English and Spanish, a third language will be valued.
4. Strong customer focus, teamwork, and service excellence.
