HIRING | OPERATIONS MANAGER (HOSPITALITY)

We’re looking for a results-oriented Operations Manager with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and strong people leadership.
This role is ideal for someone currently working as a General Manager (GM) of a smaller property or a Senior Operations / Hotel Manager handling end-to-end hotel operations.

Lead all hotel operations
Drive revenue growth, cost control & GOP improvement
Own KPIs, budgets, and P&L performance
Deliver exceptional guest experience & brand compliance
Build and lead high-performing leadership teams
THE PROFILE
10+ years of hospitality operations experience
Currently a GM / Senior Operations / Hotel Manager
Demonstrated revenue growth & cost optimization results
Strong understanding of financials, KPIs & business metrics
Hands-on, accountable, and execution-focused leader
