MISSION :  Organizes and supervises the activities of the hotel’s bar staff to ensure optimal quality in the service offered to the customer, compliance with the economic, quality, work environment, people development and operational objectives of the hotel.

 

FUNCTIONS:

  • Ensure the implementation, in the hotel bars, of the company’s F&B strategy, standards and procedures (products, orders, service standards, SOPs).
  • To oversee the implementation, in the hotel, of projects, programs, and tools based on the new F&B scenario in the company.
  • Communicate operational needs, tools, product improvements and quality to the F&B Director
  • Identify and propose improvements that optimize efficiency in the hotel bars.
  • Ensure that the bar team is familiar with the technical specifications of the different outlets.
  • Participate in daily briefings to stay informed about hotel situations, in service order follow-up meetings to ensure events are completed on time and in the monthly hotel meetings with updated department results.
  • Take care of the hotel’s bar equipment and machinery, coordinate maintenance, decoration, cleaning, and ensure the facilities are in good condition. Verify the replacement of damaged linens and cutlery, and report any breakdowns to the technical services department.
