Mission:  As Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurants in your area or time slot, contributing to the success of the hotel through excellence in service and customer satisfaction.

Functions: 

• Control and ensure the daily and monthly inventory procedures for tableware, glassware, cutlery, centerpieces, and decorative items.
• Control and ensure the preventive maintenance procedure, deep cleaning, and machinery of the bar department.
• Manage the costs allocated to your department. Meet revenue targets per sales center. Upselling. 
• Take responsibility for operations during Banquets and/or Restaurant, ensuring the correct preparation of the tables.
• Manage the team under your charge in the provision of each service, and control the tasks to be carried out by the team of waiters/waitresses.
• Supervise and effectively manage restaurant operations, ensuring that the hotel’s quality and service standards are met.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations. 

Requirements:

• Higher education degree and/or university degree, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality, or similar.
• Advanced English. A third language will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in the showroom.
• Knowledge of REVO, and POS handling.
• Ability to work in a team, service orientation
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in the sector.
