As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the hotel
• Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
