A Pantry Cook is responsible for assisting and preparing food for the kitchen team in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Schedule: 6am-2pm including weekends and holidays. Occasionally the start time will be 5am as needed for events, the latest end time will be 3pm.
Wage: $26.21 per hour (Probationary Rate First 90 Days), $34.94 (Full Rate).
The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience as a cook or pantry cook with experience working in prepping fruit, salads, sandwiches etc and the ability to work a varied schedule. Previous banquet, sushi, and hotel production experience is a plus!
