About the role
We currently have an amazing opportunity for a talented and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at San Domenico Palace Taormina, a Four Seasons Hotel.

 

What you will do

  • Will be responsible for leading the Pastry and Bakery operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and consistency across all outlets.
  • Develop and implement pastry concepts and seasonal offerings aligned with the hotel’s culinary vision and guest expectations.
  • Oversee daily operations of the pastry kitchen, including production planning, quality control, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage and mentor the pastry team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous development.
  • Monitor costs and productivity, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
