Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries and desserts, ensuring the highest quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef to develop new creations and refine existing recipes.
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
• Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their technical development and fostering a culture of learning.
• Monitor stock levels, submit requisitions when needed, and help optimize production processes.
• Maintain clear communication with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service coordination.
