Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is delighted to be recruiting a Pastry Chef de Partie for our Michelin starred restaurant, led in partnership with Chef Yannick Alléno.

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play an essential role in the pastry kitchen, working closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to support the daily operations of a dynamic, creative team. You will oversee the preparation and production of all pastry items and desserts for the restaurant, as well as contribute to pastry requirements within the hotel. Your skill, consistency, and eye for detail will ensure a seamless and elegant guest experience in every service.
