Responsibilities

Prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.  This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.

 

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Intermediate culinary knowledge is expected

• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience

• Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task

• Good command of the English language

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
