About the Role

Join the culinary team at Four Seasons Resort Lanai , where we pride ourselves on delivering world-class experiences through our thoughtfully crafted cuisine. As a Pastry Cook 2, you will play an integral role in preparing high-quality pastries and desserts that elevate our guests’ dining experiences.

What You Will Do

• Prepare a variety of sweet items, including pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates, and decorative showpieces based on guest and banquet event orders.
• Ensure all items meet established production requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
• Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and rotation of ingredients as needed.
• Adapt to changing menus and seasonal offerings with creativity and flexibility.

What You Bring

• Prior pastry or culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• High level of professionalism and responsibility within the team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as required.
