The Pastry Cook 4 is an essential member of the Pastry team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. They will prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about cuisine! Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required in this position. The Pastry Cook 4 works together with other team members on a daily basis to ensure a flawlessly executed final product and the ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors is required. A minimum of one year of culinary or related work experience and intermediate culinary knowledge is expected for this position. A culinary institute education is preferred, but not required with relevant work experience. Candidate must have the ability to operate, maintain and properly clean sheeter, ovens, proof box, robotcoup, and mixers. The ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
