Pastry Sous Chef

Assist the Pastry Chef in supervising and managing the daily operations of the pastry section, ensuring the quality, presentation, and taste of all products while complying with hotel standards and food safety regulations.

What will I be doing?

  • Assist in planning and producing desserts, breads, and pastry items for restaurants, banquets, and room service.
  • Supervise the pastry team, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory and request necessary supplies for smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Collaborate in creating new recipes and innovative presentations.
  • Act as Pastry Chef in their absence, maintaining seamless operations.
