Dans le cadre de notre saison 2026, nous recherchons un Stagiaire People & Culture (H/F) motivé, curieux et doté d’un excellent sens relationnel, souhaitant développer ses compétences au cœur d’un Palace de renommée internationale.
Votre rôle :
Au sein du département People & Culture, vous êtes un véritable partenaire du quotidien, contribuant activement à la vie RH de l’hôtel. Vous intervenez sur un périmètre riche et varié couvrant l’administratif, le recrutement et la communication interne notamment. Polyvalent et rigoureux, vous êtes animé par le sens du service, l’envie d’apprendre et le goût du travail en équipe dans un environnement stimulant et bienveillant.
