The role of the People and Culture Coordinator:
The People and Culture Coordinator is the first welcoming person employees and applicants meet upon entering into the People and Culture Office on property. This position provides valuable administrative support to the People and Culture department and has the opportunity to delve into a variety of HR functions including facilitating the new starter and exit interview processes, organising employee events and celebrations, creatively sharing employee communication, administering and presenting our variety of benefits and perks to employees, supporting the recruitment life-cycle, coordinating workflow in HR systems and more! The People and Culture Coordinator handles every task with integrity and confidentiality.
