• Support Our Heartists: Support day-to-day People & Culture (P&C) activities and contribute to the Heartist journey, from onboarding and employee services to engagement initiatives.
• Support Visa & COE Procedures: Support visa applications, renewals and Certificate of Eligibility (COE) procedures for foreign Heartists, including coordinating required documentation and liaising with relevant parties. Provide support to Heartists hired from outside Japan throughout the immigration and onboarding process.
• Bridge Japanese & English Communication: Provide Japanese-to-English and English-to-Japanese translation and interpretation, both written and spoken, for employment contracts, P&C policies, procedures, internal communications, meetings and other HR-related matters.
• Create a Great Workplace: Contribute to recognition, wellbeing and engagement activities that build a positive, inclusive and enjoyable hotel environment.
• Be at the Heart of P&C Operations: Handle HR administration, employee records, reports and documentation with accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail. Support health checks, respond to employee inquiries and assist with various P&C procedures and activities.
• Work Across a Diverse Hotel Team: Collaborate with Heartists and departments across Swissôtel Nankai Osaka in a dynamic, fast-paced and multicultural hotel environment. Previous experience in HR/P&C or the hospitality industry is an advantage.

仕事内容

• ハーティストをサポート： 入社時のオンボーディングから日々の従業員サポート、エンゲージメント活動まで、ハーティスト日々のピープル＆カルチャー（P&C 人事）業務をサポートし、入社時のオンボーディングや従業員サポートからエンゲージメント活動まで、ハーティストの入社から在籍期間を通じたサポートを行います。
• ビザ・COE関連手続きをサポート： 外国籍ハーティストの在留資格（ビザ）の申請・更新および在留資格認定証明書（COE）の取得手続きをサポートし、必要書類の準備・確認・調整や関係者との連携を行います。また、海外から採用されるハーティストの入国から入社までの在留・入社手続きをサポートします。
• 日本語・英語のコミュニケーションをサポート： 雇用契約書、人事・企業文化に関する方針および手順、社内連絡、会議、その他の人事関連事項について、日本語から英語、英語から日本語への文書および口頭での翻訳・通訳を行う。
• 働きやすい職場づくり：
  従業員の表彰、心身の健康、意欲向上に関する取り組みに携わり、前向きで誰もが互いを尊重し、安心して働けるホテルの職場環境づくりに貢献する。
• P&C業務を支える： 人事に関する事務、従業員情報、各種報告書および書類の作成・管理を、正確性、守秘義務および細部への配慮をもって行います。また、健康診断のサポート、従業員からの問い合わせ対応、人事関連の各種手続き・業務を行います。
• 多様なホテルチームと連携： スイスホテル南海大阪の各部署および従業員と密に連携し、スピード感ののある多文化なホテル環境で業務を行います。人事・P&Cまたはホテル・ホスピタリティ業界での実務経験があれば、尚可とします。
