We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator — someone with a laser-sharp eye for detail and a true love of solving the little puzzles that keep a workplace humming.

You’ll be juggling a colourful mix of tasks: wrangling uniforms, bringing staff events to life, assisting with the monthly Workplace Health & Safety checks and meetings, and helping new team members feel right at home through smooth onboarding and training support. Basically, you’ll be the go-to human who makes everything run like a well-oiled machine.
Who we’re looking for:
A People Person: You’ll help shape first impressions through onboarding and create memorable staff events. If you can make people feel welcome, valued, and occasionally entertained, you’re already halfway there.
Detail Detective: From uniforms to event checklists to “who used the last of the pens?”, you’re the type who notices the small things before they become big things.
Tech-Savvy Multi-Tasker: Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint — not in a “I can open them” kind of way, but in a “yes, I can pull that together beautifully” kind of way.
Calm in the Chaos: When events get busy or last-minute tasks pop up (and they will), you’re the steady hand that keeps everything on track without breaking a sweat.
