Job Description

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Manager to join our team in Ras Abrouq, Qatar. You will play a pivotal role in shaping HR strategy, fostering an inclusive and positive workplace, and ensuring our people practices reflect our company values and brand promise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Qatari labor laws and company standards.
  • Lead recruitment and retention initiatives to attract top talent aligned with our culture.
  • Design and deliver onboarding, training, and continuous professional development programs.
  • Establish performance management systems and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
  • Oversee employee relations, compliance, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
  • Coach and train teams to enhance capabilities and performance.
  • Collaborate with facilities management to maintain a safe and comfortable work environment.
  • Champion company culture and values in all people-related practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience.
