Role Overview
As People & Culture Manager, you will be the custodian of the team experience at Gamra Mountain Resort. You will shape and nurture a culture rooted in purpose, connection, and care — ensuring every colleague feels part of something meaningful from the moment they arrive.
Working closely with the General Manager and leadership team, you will bring the Mantis ethos to life through people practices that are thoughtful, human, and grounded in the realities of a remote mountain resort environment.
This is a role for someone who thrives in building from the ground up, who understands that great guest experiences begin with empowered, inspired teams.
