What you can expect:

• Point of contact for our employees, trainees, temporary staff, and interns
• Internal communication with all other departments
• Preparation for onboarding and offboarding
• Assistance with payroll preparation
• Support in recruiting and creating social media content
• Help with planning and conducting internal and external training
• Planning and managing employee and trainee events, as well as our well-being programme
• Successfully completed training in hospitality
• Initial professional experience in the HR department, ideally in the service sector, is desirable
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in standard office software
• Organizational talent
• Creativity in employee events
