Job Description
What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all spa & fitness services, protocols, and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of Pilates equipment, fitness equipment, common areas, and service areas.
- Bus and stock all service-area items including towels, water, ice, beverages, headsets, and supplies.
- Ensure smooth operation of all equipment through regular service checks, lubrication, and prompt reporting of work orders.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Pilates techniques, alignment principles, contraindications, and safe modifications.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all strength and cardio equipment and their safe use.
- Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications.
