Based at Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Culinary Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the Pizza Chef – Senior Sous Chef leads the Pizza Sapienza by Daniele Cason culinary team, follows and oversees recipe execution, demonstrates expertise in pizza dough preparation, and ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety. The Pizza Chef – Senior Sous Chef reports to the Executive Chef.
