Le plongeur assure le nettoyage et l’entretien de la vaisselle, des ustensiles et du matériel de cuisine. Il garantit un environnement de travail propre et efficace.
Il veille également au respect strict des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité, contribuant ainsi au bon fonctionnement des cuisines de l’hôtel.
Vos missions comprennent notamment :

• Trier, nettoyer et mettre à disposition :
  • la vaisselle et des couverts,
  • les matériels de cuisine,
  • les matériels de service : cuivre-inox …
• Débarrassage des salissures, des restes et reliefs des repas.
• Nettoyage du local de plonge.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
– Français courant souhaitable
– Expérience significative sur même type de poste
– Ponctuel(e), Motivé(e) et Réactif(ve)
– Excellente présentation
– Maîtrise des normes HACCP
