Pool Technician

• Perform regular maintenance on swimming pool equipment and ensure consistent water quality.
• Clean and sanitize all pools, maintaining proper chemical balance as per standards.
• Inspect and ensure proper functioning of pumps, filters, and heating systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain pool equipment including heaters, pumps, filters, and drains.
• Ability to repair pumps, including seal and bearing replacement.
• Monitor water levels and promptly address any leaks or system malfunctions.
• Ensure all pools comply with local health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and maintenance records for all pool-related activities.
• Handle pool chemicals safely and in accordance with proper procedures.
• Maintain adequate spare parts for pool equipment based on usage and consumption patterns.
• Ensure safe and efficient use of tools, equipment, and spares; encourage reuse where possible to reduce maintenance costs.
• Basic electrical knowledge to assist in troubleshooting and minor repairs related to pool systems.
• Document maintenance work and report any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Conduct training sessions on pool safety, emergency procedures, and safe equipment use.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, outside of regular responsibilities when necessary.

• Previous experience in a similar role (Minimum 2 Years) in a five-star resort
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Must possess effective time management skills
• Must have an optimistic approach to guide, counsel the employees in pressure.
