Your role  as a Bellhop will be to assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring its safety and security while on hotel premises. You will also be responsible for ensuring that guest messages and mail are delivered according to established standards. 

What are we looking for?

• Training in Tourism, Hospitality, Customer Service or similar.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in 5* hotels.
• Knowledge of hotel operations.
• Knowledge of handling loading equipment.
• Experience in access control.
• Skills to handle complaints, claims and requests.
• A vocation for service.
• A high level of English is essential, and knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety and first aid is a plus.
