Accor Shakespeare Portfolio is seeking an experienced Portfolio Director of Marketing & Digital to lead the marketing vision, strategy and growth initiatives across five unique properties spanning Australia.
Based at the beautiful Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort, this senior leadership opportunity will see you driving brand strategy, customer engagement, digital performance, and commercial outcomes across a diverse collection of hotels including resort, luxury, lifestyle and CBD destinations.
This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact – partnering with General Managers, Sales, Revenue and Accor teams to deliver innovative marketing strategies that connect with both corporate and leisure audiences.
Reporting to the Portfolio General Manager, the Portfolio Director of Marketing & Digital will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across the Shakespeare portfolio.
Overseeing two Portfolio Marketing Executives, you will provide leadership, direction and expertise across brand positioning, integrated campaigns, digital strategy, content, partnerships and customer acquisition.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketing leader who understands the power of storytelling, brand experience and data-led decision making to drive business performance.
